The challenge

Businesses wanted AI voice agents but every off-the-shelf tool was either a demo-grade toy or a developer SDK. They needed something production-ready: low latency, reliable transfers, real calendar booking and clean reporting.

What we built

We built Voxiqo from the ground up: real-time speech pipeline on Twilio, natural voices with ElevenLabs, LLM reasoning with tool-calling for calendars and CRMs, multi-tenant dashboards, usage-based billing and white-label support.

How a call works

A call arrives on a Twilio number and is streamed to the speech pipeline in real time. The caller’s words are transcribed, the language model decides what to do — answer, look up the calendar, update the CRM or transfer — and the reply is spoken back with an ElevenLabs voice. Interruptions are handled naturally, so the conversation feels like talking to a well-trained receptionist rather than a phone tree.

Built for production

Every call is recorded and transcribed, outcomes are tagged automatically, and failed tool calls fall back to a human transfer or a callback rather than a dead end. Each business gets its own tenant with separate numbers, scripts, voices and reporting, and billing is metered on actual usage.
